Irina Alexander & Jen Hardy

Academy of MotivAction

You've experienced that frustrating moment—you walk in after a long shift, genuinely attempting to connect with your spouse, and within minutes everything goes sideways. Not because either of you doesn't care, but somewhere between what you meant and what they heard, the meaning got completely lost.

At The Academy of MotivAction®, CEO Irina Alexander and COO Jen Hardy dedicate themselves to helping high-stress professionals and their loved ones restore genuine human connection through specialized training, personalized mentorship, and practical tools that actually work in real life.

At this year's conference, they're bringing their powerful workshop "Crafting Conversations That Connect," which focuses on simple yet transformative shifts in communication patterns to reduce misunderstandings and build authentic trust.
